AI Made Practical: Hands-On AI Workshop Series

Warwick Township, in partnership with Community Futures Lambton, is pleased to offer a two-part hands-on AI workshop series for designed to help local professionals explore practical ways to use artificial intelligence in their everyday work.

Please note that this workshop is offered to Warwick Township business owner, managers, employees or members of a service club/group.

📍 Warwick Community Centre (7074 Egremont Road in Warwick Village)

Workshop 1: The Assistant (May 6)

  • Understand how AI assistants fit into everyday business operations
  • Identify practical use cases specific to each participant’s business
  • Select 1 to 3 priority use cases to pilot
  • Build assistants during the session so participants leave with working tools
  • Learn how to measure success and use the assistants effectively

Workshop 2: The Consultant (May 13)

  • Review participant experiences and troubleshoot issues
  • Learn how to use AI as a strategic thinking partner Identify higher level use cases
  • Build a Co-CEO style assistant Build 1 to 2 additional specialized assistants
  • Brainstorm future applications to expand use over time

 Participant Outcomes

  • Leave with 3 to 6 customized AI assistants built for their business
  • Gain confidence using ChatGPT or Gemini effectively
  • Understand how AI integrates into business workflows
  • Develop a list of additional use case pilots to implement after the workshops
